Holders of different types are used when assembling a particular kind of obstacles. U-shaped holder is designed for installation of concertina barriers of all types, from Bruno razor wire to double concertina Cobra. Y-shaped holder can be used for assembling of separate barbed wire or barbed tape Egoza threads, for installation of concertina multi-row barriers and composite obstacles. V-shaped holder is used for assembling of barbed wire and razor wire, two-row spiral and flat obstacles. X-shaped holder is used as a part of multitier concertina obstacles – fences of concertina security barrier, usually in combination with Y-shaped and I-shaped holders. L-shaped holder is designed for installation of concertina obstacles which are outwards the construction whereto the barbed wire is assembled.
