Caiman Welded Mesh Fence Panels
The welded panel fences representing the Caiman Production Group are manufactured from standard welded mesh panels and square metal posts. The welded mesh of the fence panels has a cell size of 50x200 mm, which greatly complicates the possibility of overcoming the fence by unwanted subjects. Welded panels with a width of 2,500 mm and a height of 630 to 2,430 mm, made of a bar with a diameter of 5 and 6 mm (vertical and horizontal bars) are used for the manufacture of the fence. Usually the panels are used without a frame, but at the request of the customer, they can be framed with a metal profile. Metal posts with a square section of 40x60 mm and a height of 1,330 to 3,130 mm are used for the installation of the fence, elongated for embedding in concrete, or with a square base for anchoring.
Protective Covering of the Fence from Welded Panels
The surface of all elements of the fence is reliably protected from the effects of the environment, thanks to which the welded mesh fence serves for many years without losing its strength and aesthetic appearance. Metal fences use multi-layer protection against corrosion - welded mesh fence panels are galvanized after welding, and then covered with a layer of polymer paint, which reliably protects the surface of the fence from damage and the influence of weather factors. Caiman welded panel fence posts are also securely galvanized on the outside and inside, and coated with polymer paint.
