Brackets for Egoza Razor Wire for Welding

Technical characteristics

Bracket
Bracket type U-shaped
Concertina wire diameter, mm 400-1350
Bracket mounting welding

Brackets for welding are intended for mounting the Egoza concertina wire barrier on fences and other structures in which there are elements to which brackets for Egoza wire can be welded. Such brackets are used for mounting Egoza razor wire on brick, concrete and other types of fences, as well as on various metal structures. For fastening to a brick or concrete fence, anchors are used, deepened into concrete or brick, to which brackets are then welded. If such brackets are installed on a metal fence or other metal structure, they are simply welded to the metal elements of the fence.

Brackets for mounting the Egoza concertina wire barrier with a diameter of 400 to 1350 mm are mass-produced. The brackets are U-shaped, they are made of a square section pipe, there are holes for tension or tying wire at the ends, and the ends of the pipe are closed with plastic plugs. The surface of the bracket is covered with a layer of polymer powder paint, which protects the brackets from corrosion and gives them the necessary color. When installing Egoza razor wire, after welding, the places that were subjected to welding are additionally painted with polymer paint. If it is necessary to install concertina wire barriers with a diameter of more than 1350 mm, the brackets are made individually, while their design and price may differ significantly from brackets manufactured serially.
