Production Group Caiman supplies automatic punching complexes, performs professional repair and upgrade of punching and pressure equipment, conducts punching work on own punching equipment and sells original punches for cold pressing of Egoza wire-reinforced barbed tape. Caiman Group manufactures and supplies automatic punching complexes based on crank presses of models KD2128, KD2130 and automatic presses AV6224 and others. Usage of automatic punching complexes allows of stepping up the production process, of reducing working hours for punching, improving the quality of manufactured products and cutting production costs.

Caiman Group also produces automation equipment for punching process – decoiling and feeding equipment, roller servo-drive feeders, tape dresser unit, winder assembly and many other automation devices which can be designed and produced according to individual requirements of a customer. Equipping of punching process with such devices boosts product manufacturing and improves product quality.
Besides Production Group Caiman supplies clutches and brakes and other spare parts for pressing and punching equipment. Also we have facilities for manufacturing high-quality customized punches ordered on an individual basis and sell off-the-shelf punches for manufacturing of barbed tape and clips used when manufacturing of Egoza wire-reinforced barbed tape, flat and concertina barbed tape barriers of different types and structure.
