Double concertina Cobra

For many years, barbed wire and barbed wire obstacles were used for perimeter protection of objects requiring reliable protection. In the end of XX-th century barbed wire began to give way to more effective reinforced barbed tape and razor wire concertina Egoza. Nowadays Egoza razor wire and twisted razor wire Egoza, as well as concertina and flat obstacles on its basis are used to protect objects of key importance. Such protective obstacles should be sufficient to secure the perimeter of majority of objects, but protection of most important objects requires the application of more reliable obstacles.

Double concertina Cobra – is a new development in the sphere of perimeter’s engineering protection systems. Double concertina Cobra is far more effective than a traditional razor wire concertina Egoza and is designed for perimeter or perimeter’s critical sections protection of important objects with tough safety requirements. Usage Cobra double concertina allows to significantly raise the security level of a protected object, having secured it from the encroachments of malefactors.

Double concertina Cobra is formed from two spirals of different diameter made of razor wire Egoza or razor wire Concertina, arranged one in another. The spirals are fixed on holders of special design; several additional rows of reinforced razor wire can be stretched along the spiral. Depending on the type, Cobra concertina can be stationary fixed, can be rotated freely or forcedly, moreover, electric current can be supplied to the internal spiral.
